2. Booking & Payments

 

All bookings (e.g., consultations or projects) are made via Calendly or email. Invoices are sent via Stripe or another secure payment processor. Payment is required in advance for most projects unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or work delays.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

 

Consultation calls may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Project cancellations after work has begun may be non-refundable depending on progress. If I cannot fulfil a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be offered.

Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables for your business use. I retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Drafts, unused concepts, and internal documents remain my intellectual property.
